Tell us 3 things about you, the first 3 things that come to mind
1. I don’t like to wear shoes
2. I held an infant squirrel this spring that was transparent and you could see its insides
3. I feel grateful a lot of the time; grateful to live where I do, work with the families and co-workers I do, and to have the opportunity to learn and grow (even from the hard stuff).
How did you first become involved with YPSN?
My friend Reyna worked here and suggested it as a good place to work. I started as a casual childcare worker in 2008.
What is your role now?
Program Coordinator: I coordinate the Future Planning program and other YPSN programs, co-facilitate Future Planning groups, do family support work, do program evaluation and data collection, and I’m the volunteer coordinator.
What is your favourite thing about YPSN?
Two things!
